User Accounts

Account Creation

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Provide accurate information
  • Maintain account security
  • One account per user

Account Responsibilities

  • Keep login credentials secure
  • Notify us of unauthorized use
  • Update account information
  • Accept responsibility for account activity

Payments & Billing

Payment Methods

  • M-Pesa mobile money
  • Bank transfers
  • Credit/Debit cards
  • Mobile wallets

Billing Terms

  • Prices displayed in KES
  • Taxes included where applicable
  • Payment due at time of service
  • Receipts provided for all transactions

💳 Secure Payments: All transactions are encrypted and secure. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

User Responsibilities

Termination & Suspension

Termination by User

  • You may delete your account at any time
  • Data retained for 30 days after deletion
  • Pending transactions will be completed

Termination by Cabs&More

  • Violation of terms
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Extended account inactivity
  • Legal compliance requirements

Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cabs&More shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Service Interruptions

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service

Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party services linked through our app

Maximum Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
